MMGSOSA Releases National Election Guidelines

Dear Manuwarians,

The election sub committee has decided to slightly tinker with the nomination process for simplicity and effectiveness.

NOMINATION PROCESS: Third party nomination :

 A contestant is to  be nominated for the position he/she is contesting for by another member. The nominee must have agreed to be nominated before his/her nomination is announced. The person nominating will  fill the nomination template below.

Positions to be contested for:

1. President 
2. Vice President 
3. Secretary General 
4. Assistant Secretary-General 
5. Financial Secretary 
6. Treasurer
7. Social Secretary 
8. Publicity Secretary 
9. Auditor 
 10.  Welfare Officer  - Male 
 11.  Welfare Officer - Female 
 12.  Coordinator, America
13. Deputy Coordinator, America 
14. Coordinator, UK/Europe 
15. Deputy Coordinator, UK/Europe.
